I would like to recognize Marie Day for being so bold and taking on huge dreams. She holds a special place in my heart, because not only was she a dear patient of mine for many years while I practiced medicine in the Atlanta area, she also trusted me when I recommended to her what I believed to be the world's finest nutritional supplements for maintaining optimal health.Marie also saw that there was a financial opportunity involved with the company producing the pharmaceutical-quality supplements that gave her noticeable health improvements. She had many dreams that went along with the founder of the company, Dr. Myron Wentz. She didn't know how many times tears would nearly come to my eyes during our business meetings as I listened to her dream of wanting to have be a part of a facility that could nuture such children. Her dream reminds me of exactly what Dr. Myron Wentz is doing with his partnership with the Children's Hunger Fund throughout the world.
Dr. Wentz has done much more than create a line of nutritional supplements, weight management products and a skin care line. Dr. Wentz has affiliated his company with the Linus Pauling Institute out of Oregon State Univ. and with the Children's Hunger Fund, where 98 to 99 cents of every dollar goes directly to feeding and nuturing the children. Dr. Wentz has built,, and continues to build medical clinics in impoverished countries to take care of children and families that have no other means of health care. Dr. Wentz's vision of eliminating pain, suffering, and chronic diseases is being implemented. He is taking action. This is what inspires me about Dr. Wentz and the company and opportunity, and I would have to say that is what Marie Day sees as well.
I have known Marie before she married her current husband, Stephen Day. Now she and her husband, Stephen both take the nutritional supplements. They can take comfort in knowing they are taking the supplements that will protect their cells from oxidative damage, and help their cells function at their optimum, ...to help promote optimal health. Certainly, there are no guarantees in life against death and disease, but there is hope. That is what this opportunity, this company, and Dr. Wentz gives us. What do you dream for? I recall why I went into medicine so many years ago. It was my dream to help people with their health AND make a good living in the process. With this network marketing opportunity in the health and wellness arena, I am doing both, WITHOUT the insurance headaches and overhead that came with my medical practice. I enjoyed the practice of medicine, especially working my patients. I was a board certified medical doctor in Atlanta for over ten years, and chose to retire in December of 2003 because I saw that this opportunity was everything I had hoped for, and most especially it was credible! I saw that the products were truly changing the health and lives of my patients, family, and friends ...that's what turned me, a VERY skeptical medical doctor into a true believer.
I also came to realize something that I never thought was possible: ...that network marketing was credible, ....or at least it COULD BE credible if done right! And boy, did we find the right company with the right compensation plan that is doing it right! I would have never imagined myself going through so many years of schooling and training at some of top medical institutions in this country, doing medical research, publishing medical research papers, setting up a medical practice, obtaining board certification, .... all to walk away from it to go into network marketing, but I did. I did this because the opportunity for both financial and time freedom, as well as mental and physical health was greater with this opportunity than it was being burdened with the woes of running the "business" of a medical practice. That's a reality for many medical doctors, whether they'll admit to it or not.
